Business Development
The Business Development function within Synegen is irreplaceable, as it secures the future of the organization! Business Development Managers at Synegen have the pleasure of working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, while servicing the Fortune 1000. There are three Business Development levels that Synegen hires, ranging from entry level salespeople, to advanced, relationship-building experts.
Associate Business Development Manager (ABDM):
An individual at the ABDM level is expected to concentrate on improving basic prospecting and sales skills to consistently generate sales revenue for Synegen, at or above personal quota levels. This role includes selling the full range of services, establishing and coordinating the necessary sales efforts to win business. In addition, the Associate Business Development Manager is required to work closely with higher-level sales professionals to complete assigned responsibilities.
Business Development Manager (BDM):
An individual at the BDM level is expected to consistently generate sales revenue for Synegen at or above personal quota levels. This includes selling the full range of services, establishing client relationships and coordinating the necessary sales efforts to win business.
Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM):
An individual at the SBDM level is focused on consistently generating sales revenue for Synegen at or above personal quota levels. A SBDM is expected to sell the full range of services, establish key client partnerships and coordinate the necessary sales efforts to win business. Additionally, the SBDM is required to support the Business Development Director with the execution of delegated responsibilities, as well as mentoring other Business Development Managers.
